Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I got to know about couchsurfing from my brother who lives in Iran and used to be an active member on couchsurfing. He told me about his guests and how amazing is couchsurfing. That made me interested to join and meet new people. At that time I was a student in Sweden and didn't have a permanent place so it was not easy for me to host people but I joined events in Stockholm and met people and made friends which now are my best friends in Stockhom.
I also tried couchsurfing couple f times when I was travelling and each time I met really nice people.
Right now we, my husband and I, have the possibility to offer a palce to couchsurfers and we both agreed we must do it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like reading novels and memoirs and try to grab a book whenever I have time.
Recently I read two books that I liked a lot, Educated by Tara Westover and Elenoar Oliphant is completely fine by Gail Honeyman.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I biked from Stockholm to west cost of Sweden, to a very beautiful city called Smögen in summer 2018 alone. It was really nice experience but the weather was so hot. I might do something similar again but not alone, it's always nicer to have a company.
Had experienced a -30 weather in Uppsala on valentines day, I still don't know how did I survived.
Had to spend a whole night at the border of Syria and Turkey out of car to get permission to go to Turkey.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can talk about Iran's culture and food. Unfortunately not much about Iran's history, I've forgot everything I learned at school :)
I can also help guests and talk about Sweden since I have been living in Sweden for more than 10 years now.
