ABOUT ME

I've sold everything I own, gave up my place of residence, and I've set out to see the great sites of the world...including local hang outs down the road less traveled. It's not that I'm lost...it's that I'm searching...evolving into the person I want to become with each conversation, act of kindness, book I read along the way...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first began using CS with friends back in 2006 on cross-country adventures.

I've hosted a lot of people when I had my apartment in California, but I've recently sold everything and I'm traveling...so now I'm the one on the couch ;)

Interessi

I love to travel, explore, eat, drink, and dance...just to name a few. I'm an avid outdoors woman. I love to go hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, snowboarding, scuba diving, spelunking, and surfing. I like to do yoga everyday if I can. I like to play sports and games--the ones you can win. I always like to try something new, whether it's food, activities, whatever! I'm really into extreme sports like hang gliding, skydiving, and bungee jumping, when I get the chance. But what I love to do the most is travel! Meeting new people, eating new foods, speaking in other languages...it excites my inner anthropologist.

Musica, film e libri

I pretty much love all types of music...I'm not a big fan of country, but I love folk, bluegrass, jazz, HIP HOP, some rap, and anything else that moves my body. As for movies, I use to call myself a movie-buff, but after years of not owning a television, I can't really say that anymore. It's not that I don't like movies...I love em...I just don't get to watch that many anymore.....Instead, I read beau coups of books...both fiction and non-fiction...whatever tickles my fancy :)
