I've come to quite a few functions and have already met some great locals. Haven't stayed with anyone, yet (I fly standby a lot and I always feel bad burdening someone with uncertain dates).

Music: I love keeping an open mind and I love all genres (but I tend to be picky about what I like within each genre).

Movies: I love anything that makes me think. And I love silly little feel good movies: I know it'll end perfectly, and I look forward to it.

Books: my passion. I will read anything! I love the classics, historical, biographies, mysteries, thrillers, and all kinds of fiction. I also don't mind "wasting" an afternoon reading science, tech, financial or anthropological articles.

I've had to relocate a few times, which included learning new languages. It's been a rough road, but I've learned to adapt quickly and now I thrive on change.
