About Me

Hello you,

[Swoosh!] Positive energy sent your way. 😁

Thanks for eyeing my profile; may our cordial connection illuminate the world.

I was born in the rolling hill-country of central Ontario. My exotic family roots go back to Italy, Ireland, Egypt, and France.

I'm a traveler on this thrilling cosmic rock called Earth - on a journey to become a genuine human being, by cultivating harmony and goodness.

My body burns with vitality when I dwell in towering mountains, and hike through untamed green forests. My spirit is set free, and ascends into the heavens on starry nights.

Adventures are always better with good company: if you want to explore the utmost beauty of nature and humanity, then take my hand and let's walk for a while down that path, and find out where it leads.

What kind of companion can you expect? Well, I'm something of a mystical philosopher-Tarzan (haha).

I'm positive, easygoing, cheerful, full of good vibes. I foster joy, excitement, kindness, empathy, and understanding.

Thanks for reading a bit about me; it will be splendid getting to know you.

Peace, Happiness, and Kind Regards,

-TARIQ

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiked across Canada for two months.

Fended off a waylaying thug.

Delivered a calf (it was barbarically difficult).

Befriend really good people.

The cool Okanagan night presses down upon the earth. I attempt to escape K-town in my rickety old civic hatchback. The mountain road rises high, an asphalt incline to the heavens; it's too steep for my ageing mechanical death-trap, she's giving out. While slowly heaving upwards, the radiator bursts open with a savage blast of steam. Down but not out, I drive at a snail's pace through the meandering mountains, moving for a couple minuets and cooling off for half an hour. It's a looong 8 hour journey through the night until the next town...but I make it. - Adventure leaving Kelowna
