I am a nerd for cheese. I am traveling this summer around Europe, visiting dairies, and interning with cheese makers. Hopefully this experience will pave a road for me to a cheese making future :)

I've met some lovely folks through CS in London, Strasbourg, and Zurich. Hopefully I can return the favor someday!

兴趣

Aside from cheese? The usual stuff. Music, movies. I love old movies, especially westerns. I'd like to try skydiving sometime soon, too. I like stained glass, coffee, bookbinding, seahorses and flamingos, and the color purple. The best things in life may or may not be free. But they are most certainly fermented.

2012 European tour so far... I've been to some amazing places. I adore Strasbourg and Annecy, I've fallen in love with Switzerland. In Auvergne I visited a producer of Salers, which was a wonderful, extraordinary, spiritual experience. Doing a stage with MonS has been a dream come true!

I'd like to learn how to fly a plane, drive a stick, play the banjo and the concertina, to cook instinctually, and develop a decent palate for wine.
