I've just started teaching in Costa Rica so I am busy so I can't host, but I will gladly meet for coffee/happy hour!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oktoberfest! Lived with a Maasai tribe for a week. Went SCUBA diving in Fiji, Bali, Jordan, and Thailand. Slept outside with street children in Kenya. Bungee jumped and white water rafted in the Nile in Uganda. Jumped out of an airplane at 13,000ft. Lived with Italian families for a year. "Held up" the leaning tower of Pisa. Climbed a volcano in Greece. Built a house in Tijuana, Mexico for a family. Backpacking trips in California. Rock climbed in Joshua Tree. Got miserably lost in Wales. Flew an airplane. Snorkeled in Tahiti with the manta rays. Hitchhiked from England to Paris and all around Ireland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany and Holland. Climbed the Eiffel Tower. Spent a summer in the Alps. Snuck into a Radiohead concert in Berlin. Surfed on the north shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Went to the Cannes Film Festival in France. Worked in a swap meet in Amsterdam. Taught children about God in Kenya. Went on an African safari and almost got rammed by an elephant. Slept on the white cliffs of Dover, England. Lived without a shower or bed in Scandinavia for 10 days. Climbed and explored a windmill in Germany. Became best friends with all the stray animals in Greece. Slept in a bush in downtown Stockholm. Swam at the top of an ice cold waterfall in Norway. Taught English to children Germany. Lived out of a backpack for 6 months in Europe, twice. Lived in a tiny village in Kenya for 8 months. Solo hitchhiked in Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgarian, Israel, and Jordan. Went paragliding over the French Alps. Interned with a health organization in Senegal. Started a school in rural Kenya.
