ABOUT ME

I am doing a one year voluntary service in Germany on a community farm (Hofgemeinschaft). I live in Wildkuhl and work in the Garden with people with disabilities. Although, the more time I spend here, the blurrier the line gets between disability and it`s opposite. What all people share is the condition of having strengths AND weaknesses-things which enable us and things which dis-able us.

I love this idea. I think it is brilliant! I can only say positive things about it and I am so glad to see a positive change in the world. I love the break down of the idea that we must be afraid of something/everything. Open your home and your heart to 'strangers' and you will find treasures you never planned on...

Interests

I like reading soulful books, writing short stories/poetry/diary entries, bush-walking, playing Ulitmate Frisbee, cards (500 and 3-13 mainly),charades, being silly, doing accents/characters, laughing, learning about others, watching movies, bike riding, night wandering, star gazing, catching sunrise and sunset, travelling (of course), cooking, eating, drinking tea, crafts, and dancing.
