ABOUT ME

I am a small town Nebraskan girl living in Daejeon, South Korea. I am extremely laid back and am always down for a good time. I will never turn down an opportunity to try something new or do something out of the ordinary.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe it is not until one fully immerses him or herself into another individual’s culture that he or she can truly understand life, empathize better with others, and appreciate another person’s way of life.

In my opinion, the best way to immerse yourself into a culture is to meet the people living in that culture. Converse, eat, drink, and develop new experiences with these people. If this step were to be omitted then your travels will lack a specific richness.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One amazing thing I have done is bungee jumping in the rainforest of Costa Rica. I have never felt so alive and all I had to do was push away all my fears and jump.
