ABOUT ME

I have just finished Erasmus, studying in Poznan, Poland. I took the opportunity to explore many places, including Norway, Italy and Eastern Europe. There are still so many people I haven't met, and so many places to see. Hopefully by the time I have decided to settle down I will have seen a lot more of the world and opened my mind to the possibilities there are.
I found my first travelling experience exciting but also frustrating, as I was always used to a pre-planned, organised holiday, where I could predict where we would go and what we would see. I am training myself out of this mind set. I have just begun to be able to enjoy just travelling free and unplanned and want to continue this.

PHILOSOPHY

Before Erasmus I hadn't been travelling much, apart from the odd pre-planned holiday. Since Erasmus I have made many friends and connections all over the world.

My philosophy has consequently changed from a very rigid, organised one to a very free one. I have so much appreciation for people who try to live their lives enjoying themselves, positively looking at situations and open minded to new things.
I have a passion for teaching and I cannot wait to become qualified, however I feel like I could teach anywhere I want to. Being a native English speaker can open a lot of doors for me, if anyone knows of any teaching schemes looking for native English speaking teachers, let me know. Next year I will be qualified and very interested.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In Italy and in Norway I got in touch with couchsurfers and really enjoyed this experience. The cities where I met couchsurfers are definitely the most memorable for me. I'm open minded when it comes to activities and people to meet. Not much surprises me anymore!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I do have a love for authentic cooking and if you you share my passion for cooking maybe we can enjoy some sharing of cuisines and recipes we love. I also love music and I am a singer, any musicians out there are welcome to jam with me :)

I think there is something magical when you meet travelers, or natives in a country and just build such a connection instantly. The world is such a small place, where in reality we all have the potential to come together.
