To see as much of the world as I can and meet as many interesting people as possible and complete my Nuffield scholarship - researching alternatives to plastic packaging on fresh produce

ABOUT ME

I have 2 + 2 children, live and work on an organic vegetable farm in Vic, Australia.

I'm currently embarking on a Nuffield Ag scholarship searching for a solution to find an alternative to plastic packaging on fresh produce. I love to travel and meet people

I enjoy white water rafting and snow skiing, and of course travelling and meeting people.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to see as much as the world as I can.. life is too short and should not be taken so seriously!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well we are still fairly new to this but have surfed on 5 couches throughout Europe now and met some really great people :) We are looking forward to hosting some people on our couch soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Like I said before, we have couch surfed in Europe and we also hosted 1 backpacker here before we travelled.

Interests

Snow Skiing, White water Rafting, going for coffees, having a good time, drinking wine, trying new things, reading, watching movies (but not science fiction), watching the Ice Hockey - and now Paragliding!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read crime novels.

Movies - I like some of the chick flicks such as The Lakehouse, Bridget Jones Diary, Love Actually, as well as DeJa Vu, The Green Mile, the Bone Collector to mention a few.

House of cards, Breaking Bad, Billions, Younger

Music - I like most types but not too much into Techno or Country/Western

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paragliding over Interlaken with Jungfrau in tbe background.. absolutely breathtaking and sensational.. of course all of the scenery around Switzerland took my breath away.. beautiful!

Teach, Learn, Share

Well I would like to learn a couple of languages .. I struggled in some parts of Europe so I want to be better prepared next time I go :)

oh and of course learn how to juggle!
