when I'm under stress due to our grey weather, my work, world news, I start eating a lot of ice-cream, chocolate, sweets... but i think that if to do this in the heart of Prague, Amsterdam, Istanbul and any other splendid venue and together with a little-or-unknown-but-of-course-nice-people, we will forget together about global stress much more quickly)))))
