HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to this project but I believe whole-heartedly in its ideals, providing places of refuge for travelers and a forum for an exchange of ideals and an interaction of cultures creating a Xenia (guest-friendship relationship). I am looking forward to meeting hosts this summer and hosting future travelers in my home.

Intereses

I love to rock climb, ski, hike, read, dance, play music, and experience new cultures. I am interested in anthropology and conservation biology.

Música, películas y libros

Movies, music, and books play a huge role in my life.
I enjoy all kinds of music ranging from classical (Rachmoninoff, Debussy, Mendelsohn...) to jazz (Brad Mehldau, Miles Davis, John Coltrane...) to more contemporary rock and electronic music (Radiohead, Rx Bandits, Beats Antique, Bonobo, Akron Family....) the list really goes on and on. I love going to shows and dancing my ass off.
Favorite authors of mine include Herman Hesse and Gabriel Garcia Marquez. I was highly influenced by the Beat Writers and Poets during my high school years with books such as On the Road and Dharma Bums.
A recently saw a fantastic Argentinian film called El Secreto de sus Ojos. Other favorites might be Eternal Sunshine of A Spotless Mind
