My name is Tatu and I'm a 27-year old student of music education from Oulu, Northern Finland. Currently I'm spending an exchange year in Berlin.

I'm spending my summer 2019 cycling in Northern Europe with my girlfriend Minna. We are looking for accommodation in Denmark & Northern Germany.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've stayed with a few people and have noticed that it is an excellent way to get to know new people and experience new things. By staying at someone's home I can get an unique view into the location.

Interests

Music. It can consist of listening to it, playing it with my bass or french horn, singing, watching a live gig, attending a festival or composing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Good music. It doesn't matter which genre it's from, as long as it's good. Recently I've been listening to a lot of Sigur Ros, Deafheaven, Mantar and David Bowie.

The most impressing movie that I've recently seen was Dunkirk.

When it comes to books, I'm a huge fan of fantasy. Robin Hobb, Patrick Rothfuss and George R.R. Martin are my favourites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recorded and released my own music. Nothing big and no companies involved, mind you. :)
