Music: i used to listen a lot of rock music when I was young. Now I'm music festivals fan, so the list are quite wider ;)
Movies: Guy Ritchie, Quentin Tarantino, David Fincher, Tim Burton, Jim Jarmusch are my choice in cinema. But there is only a little piece of the whole list :)
