I have been living in Oslo as a student for more than two years. In fact I have completed my degree in Petroleum Geology from University of Oslo. Being student, I have been allotted a room in student hostel which is quite interesting place to socialize with international students/norwegian students.
My room is not big as my heart is :) The hostel I live in is situated at Kringså, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful lake, Sognsvann. This student village is supported by Norwegian government and is located at the most expensive area of Oslo. It can easily accessed from main centre through subway (tbann in Norwegian) and bus.
