Overview
About Me
I'm an improviser and educator based in Baltimore, Maryland. I teach and perform improv theater, and sometimes I travel to improv festivals or to teach in faraway places. I run a business called Bird City Improv that teaches theatre as a personal development tool. I also teach college students part-time.
Outside of improv, I am an outdoors lover. I also love yoga, meditation, and frisbee. I grew up in New Hampshire before moving to Baltimore. I'm a big fan of sushi and Indian food. Tea and chocolate are my favorite vices. My favorite band is Arcade Fire. My favorite movie is Empire Strikes Back. My favorite TV series is West World.
Person-wise, I'm a white, cis-gender, queer man. I have a boyfriend of five years. I'm a goofy person, for sure. I appreciate minimalism and organization. Despite being an improviser, I have a lot of introverted tendencies. I'm an INFJ Virgo that was born in the year of the Monkey, if that matters to you. I'm spiritual, but agnostic, so TBD if it matters to me!
By the way, I don't do drugs and I don't binge drink.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm Couch Surfing because I love traveling and do not make a lot of money. 99% of the time I will be looking for a couch because there is an improv festival I would like to attend.
