About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I dream to inspire, travel, and love. To immerse myself in other cultures and gain life altering knowledge. To forever feel grateful and humbled by humanity; spread the seed of positivity and create beautiful friendships.
ABOUT ME
Hello my name is Taylor. I consider myself to be an adventurous, outgoing, hard-working, open minded, ambitious, and motivated individual. As a recent college graduate with a degree in Spanish, business, and studies in French; I intend to spend the rest of my life traveling, attempting to communicate with people in their native tongue, learning from their experiences, and gaining a better understanding of the world around me.
I believe our purpose on this earth is to be joyful and to enjoy our freedom to inspire, create, and dream. I love to laugh and I live to love. The more people I share my life with, the more grateful I am to be part of such an exciting global community.
"Life is a journey not a destination."
"Happiness only real when shared."
PHILOSOPHY
Life is a journey, not a destination.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My friend Hannah and I are leaving for Europe and looking for couches to crash on and cool people willing to share their experiences and knowledge of the local hot spots with us. Our itinerary is wide open for any opportunities. This is the first time we will be using Couchsurfer, and we are looking forward to making lots of memories!
Interests
I enjoy spending time with the people close to me. I like to get creative, draw, and write. Hiking, camping, riding my bike, and exploring new places. The outdoors especially and an active lifestyle. Love to dance and any opportunity to hear new music. I have attended a music festival every summer for the past 6 years; enjoying the freedom and experience each one brings. I enjoy cooking, baking, and learning about foreign/exotic cuisines. It may sound cliche but I love good wine and hope to get involved in viticulture, get my hands dirty in the harvest, and be a wine sommelier one day! I tend to dabble in everything because I love learning and it all interests me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I had the chance to travel to Machu Pichu in Peru with a group of students. Not only was the whole trip amazing, but being in one of the oldest cities took my breath away. The energy around Machu Pichu is unreal and I feel so grateful to have been able to see it. I also traveled to Boca Del Toro, which is right on the border of Panama and Costa Rica. All the buildings were on stilts and the water was so clear it looked like ice as we rode through it on water taxis. It was such a beautiful place and the culture was all about enjoying the simple things in life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am very clean and respectful. Happy to share laughs and good conversations. Love to cook and would gladly share meals in exchange for the generous hospitality.
