About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Backpacking around the world to explore different countries, meet some awesome like-minded people, and have the time of my life! Then figure out the rest of my life.
ABOUT ME
I'm Tayla. I'm a fun, easy going kiwi who is travelling the world wanting to learn, try, see, and do lots of new and exciting things.
I've just smashed out 7 months back packing through Europe. I had the time of my life. Now I'm back in little NZ, trying to get the bank balance up again so I can do round 2 in South East Asia.
PHILOSOPHY
Get out of your comfort zone, explore the world, meet new people, and make everyday count.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
when I was in Europe, so many awesome people took me in and made my trip so much more memorable. I'd never met them in my life, and they were incredibly generous and amazing. Now that I'm back in NZ, I want to do that for others. I want to meet people who have come to NZ on their travels, and I want to show them the sights, introduce them to some kiwis, teach them some kiwi slang, and make them lots of yum food (I know what travelling on a budget is like).
Interests
Travelling is definitely up there on my list. Meeting new people. Pretending to play guitar. Learning spanish. Getting outdoors. Going on spontaneous day trips. Road trips. I'm a bit of a foodie too.
