Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best traveling accommodation I've ever had is when people have selflessly open their homes for me. That kind of hospitality is so much more than just exploring a new place. It's about exchanging stories, understanding from someone directly in another culture, and finding common and unfamiliar ground to learn from.

I enjoy these experiences the most, and want to continue to have them!

Helping construct a school in a slum in Kathmandu and being in that community everyday for three weeks.
