Graduating from college as a psychology major, I would say people are my number one passion. That's why I love traveling and integrating with locals (both expat and native). I lived in Nepal in a homestay for 6 months and just finished up a year teaching English in Can Tho, Vietnam. My Nepalese is conversationally fluent but my Vietnamese is minimal.

Throughout my travels I have met many generous strangers who have hosted me, fed me, and even driven me to a hotel from the airport while I was vomiting into a plastic bag. I deeply believe in the mission of couch surfing and being able to return the many favors that have been given to me. The international network of travelers and lovers of people and culture have reinforced my faith in the beauty of humanity.
