About Me
I am studying in the UK and hope to travel Europe afterwards through couch surfing!
I am open to all different kinds of experiences and love to learn about other people's cultures and traditions. I was born in Geneva, Switzerland and backpacked Australia by myself when I was 19 so I guess you could say I was bitten by the travel bug very early on! I love dogs and children, but sadly had to leave my dog at home while I travel. I am a vegetarian but am not offended if I'm surrounded by those who are not. I love to read and listen to music. I recently bought a DSLR camera and am slowly learning how to use it.
I don't have any references yet because I was unable to host anyone before I left to study in the UK. I am looking forward to being able to give back to the CS community when I get home.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couch surfing to meet new people and learn about their culture. It's a great way to be less of a tourist and more of a 'local'. I love the reciprocal nature of it and the open-mindedness and kindness that it promotes.
Music, Movies, and Books
With school, I haven't been able to read for fun in a while, but when I do, I like to read historical fiction and non-fiction, horror and autobiographies.
I love horror movies, documentaries and historical films.
I am open to almost all music but my favourites are definitely indie/alternative, classical and R&B.
