ABOUT ME

I love adventure. I'm easy going and not much gets me down. I took a year off last year and decided I didn't want to conform to everyone's expectations of getting a boring desk job. I love looking up foreign places and looking at pictures and reading histories but I love seeing them more. And now i'm off to see as much as I can for as long as I can.

I am so in love with couchsurfing. It really gives you a chance to see a different side to cities you've never been to and you get to learn so much from your hosts

Interests

Writing is what I do. If I've got a spare moment I write. I journal about all my travels and blog about them too. I also love reading. When I'm not traveling I'm researching for my next big adventure. My life between travel is boring and humdrum but I really live when I'm out in the world seeing something new.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books....I love the fantasy genre. Lately I've been into travel essays and Historical Fiction. But YA will always be my guilty pleasure because i can power through a book in a weekend.
As for music I'll listen to anything at least twice. I love all kinds of music and I haven't found one I really detest.... yet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Nancy, France for 4 months and to be able to immerse yourself in a culture and learn a language is something so fascinating and lovely.

When I took a semester in Limerick Ireland I went on a day trip to the Cliffs of Moher. They were breath taking and to be able to marvel at the beauty of nature was amazing.

June 2013 I had gone to London with the idea i would be traveling the UK for 3 weeks just going where the first train took me. I ended in in Australia and had a whirlwind adventure.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a certified Angel Therapist, I do card readings and past life readings, I love teaching people these nitch skills.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm always willing to share my experiences from traveling. I love comparing my university experience to that of my hosts. I'm talkative so no awkward silences because I seriously have hundreds of questions to ask, sometimes they are basic and stupid but I have some good ones too!
