I am both goofy and laid back, as well as being an empath and a deep thinker. I care a lot about the world and the people and animals in it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted most of the time but I also surfed while in Belize and it was awesome! Looking forward to more surfers/surfing.

Every experience with surfers/surfing has been very positive.

Interests

I worry a lot about the state of the world, but I think travel is a great medicine against bigotry and hatred. I hope couchsurfing can help me see the world while meeting some awesome people. Though sometimes serious, I am usually super silly and love to have new adventures. One of my favorite things is meeting new people and hearing their stories. I have learned most peoples' lives are very interesting!

Food. Sometimes I wonder whether I eat to live or live to eat because there is nothing more exciting to me than local flavor. It's even better with a group of friends and a round of drinks!

Other things I like to do are ride my bike, yoga, climb, watch documentaries, conspire, cook, and make new discoveries.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to think of myself as a jack of many trades and master of none. I know a little bit about many things and I love to learn more.

I studied public policy, environmental studies, sociology and anthropology, and Spanish, and I love to philosophize.

I'm currently a barista and a bartender and a pet sitter so if you want good coffee, good beer, or animal advice I got you.
