CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to create dance, theater, and writing about The world around me. I eventually want to become a teacher. I was traveling through Central and South America to become fluent in Spanish and learn from other people, until I decided to stay and live in Mexico. I want to take everything in completely and learn about how different people live. I am a writer so I write in a journal every day and I also move around a lot, dancing, swimming, hiking, stretching. I am also a climber and I am interested in climbing different places all over the world.

ABOUT ME

I love to adventure to places I've never been. I am extremely curious, friendly, and interested in meeting new people. I am working on training my eyes and my heart to stop searching and instead let my experiences and what I see at the moment flow into me. I know it is my calling to become a teacher, but I want to spend some time traveling and creating for a few years before I do so I can get a better grasp of my educational philosophy and how exactly I want to teach. I learned Spanish so that I can have access to another language and also reach and understand more people. I am interested in performance art that explores the human condition and pushes for social change and a critical eye on the structures surrounding us. I mostly love to do modern dance, but am also curious about the line where theater and dance meet. I love the wilderness and Can spend hours outside just watching the trees dropping their seeds and listening to a babbling creek. I am

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed once in Ashville and it was amazing. I met great people and had a more rewarding stay!! I have been to a few of the meet ups in Atlanta. I am new to couch surfing but would love to explore all it has to offer!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to dance or move with anyone (especially contact improv), read or edit writing, or talk and share stories. If you happen to have or work in a theater I could gladly work on it, especially repairs in lighting fixtures, boards, and grids, and set building. I believe that everyone has their own unique genius so I am willing to learn anything.
