About Me

I used to work with international schools in California leading tours and cultural actives around local areas. This sparked my initial interest in travel, which led me to take a 6 month trip through Asia. Now I have saved up again and am doing a 6 month trip through Europe. I love to try new foods and experiences, and as much as possible meet locals who can share their culture with me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A ton of friends recommend it to me, and I think it would be an awesome way to meet new people, experience a city, and learn more about the local culture of the places I visit.

Interests

I try to be a connoisseur of experiences and try a little bit of everything life has to offer. When I am home in Atlanta with my girlfriend, I am an avid cook, prepping healthy meal for us at least 4-5 nights a week. My passion for skateboarding comes from college when a friend and I owned a skateboard shop, I only longboard now, but love all types of skating still. I have been traveling for about 6 years now, on and off, but my passion for adventure and travel started after college when I took a roadtrip through the United States with one of my college roommates.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I packed up my life in California and move across the country to Georgia, all in the name of love! I am still happily with my girlfriend, best move I ever made!

Teach, Learn, Share

Things I would like to learn: Spanish. I used to be decent in high school but have lost a lot of the vocab and would love to practice.
Things I would love to share: I am interested in swapping a bit of culture. Tell me about your life and upbringing, and I do the same!
Things I can teach: I am a decent cook, and for someone who does not have any cooking stills, I might be able to show you a thing or two.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook, and am good with manual labor. I can also help with anyone interested in practicing their English.
