ABOUT ME

I have a passion to travel around the world and experience different cultures with my own hands. I have always been interested in history, but have struggled with retaining dates and information associated with them. I believe through traveling I am better able to experience history through my eyes, feet, hands, and stomach. Developing relationships with those around me is something I thrive on - believing this is an intricate part of sharing in ones culture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy meeting other couch surfers and fellow travelers. Although I am currently unable to host, I look forward to grabbing a coffee or beer with anyone I may cross paths with. I'm looking forward to surfing while I travel as well!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couch surfing but have been around the idea for a long time - surfing through social connections I have. My couch surfing experiences have largely been in my current area, but am looking forward to surfing in South Africa.

Interests

In general, I am interested in just about any opportunity that would be presented to me. I enjoy the outdoors and doing anything active - from riding a bike to snowboarding to playing soccer - I like to live an active lifestyle. I enjoy being around other people, but am also content taking time to myself. Music, food, and good beer.
