Overview
About Me
Currently a grad student - getting my Master's from the University of Denver's school of international studies. I'm especially interested in trade and migration policy. I've worked or studied in various capacities in England, Australia, Peru, Switzerland, and Ghana, and this summer (2017) I'll be interning at the U.S. Embassy in Copenhagen!
Home will always be Austin, Texas. I grew up riding horses and I say y'all unironically. Most important, I believe it is my Austinly duty to spread the gospel of breakfast tacos across the globe. I like the beach at night, the mountains in the morning, and feel best under a healthy coating of sweat and dirt. Very fond of anything with four legs... or wings or fins. I try to indulge in local beer wherever I go. In no particular order, my favorite smells are breweries, wood fires, old books, and horses.
If having this profile hasn't tipped you off, I like going places and meeting people.

Music, Movies, and Books
My first concert was the Backstreet Boys. In high school, I had every album by Audioslave and Placebo. A special weakness for soulful and bluesy women… Susan Tedeschi, Shamekia Copeland, Carolyn Wonderland, Andra Day, Audra Mae. Austinites like Gary Clark Jr, Shakey, Bob Schneider, Bright Light Social Hour, Shinyribs, Grupo Fantasma, etc get a lot of play. After Lemonade, Beyonce can do literally anything she wants for forever. Lyle Lovett is home.
