I'm 30, from Kent (known as the garden of England) near London. I like dance and yoga. My partner Gonza is 34 from Argentina, he's a professional golf coach! We met in Mexico at a hostel and we decided after a month together we would go against rational thoughr and give us a go. I went home for a couple months as my grandmother was ill and unfortunately covid rules made it impossible for us to see each other again for what was a long 6 months. Now we are very happily engaged, exploring, learning and growing together!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To make friends from different places and discover different cultures. Whist in London I lived in a house with 16 people, I was the only English person and the house was great fun, everyone had different ways of communicating, that helped inspire the last 6 years I've spent travelling.

Interests

I would love to become a professional Yoga teacher I have learnt much about the yogic lifestyle from my travels in South East Asia, India and Sri Lanka and enjoy the culture and ancient teachings.
I love contemporary/ improvised dancing and I specialised in dance whilst as university. I am interested in how dance has been used as a tool for self discovery in ancient and modern practices around the world and attended meditational dance groups whilst in London.
Both myself and my partner have a love for lots of different types of music, my partner can play guitar much better than me!
