Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To be in motion.
ABOUT ME
I'm a wonderer. I wonder about life, love, people, places, time.
PHILOSOPHY
Something about freedom...
and the marvellous quote by Mark Twain:
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I used Couchsurfing intensively during my 14 month-trip around the Americas. From July 2007 to September 2008. Had wonderful experiences with everyone I stayed with and all the people I met. Hosting in Sao Paulo was really fun! Hope do to some more hosting somewhere else now!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I surfed nearly 50 couchs throughout the Americas. From USA to Brasil. Too many to list. But I'm thankful to all of them.
Hosted a couple of dozen people from everywhere. It was loads of fun and hope to do more of that. Hosting and surfing!

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: American Splendor, Before Sunset, Happiness, Lost in Translation, Dreamers, Fight Club, etc.
Music: The standard indie rock stuff.
Books: Catcher in the Rye, High Fidelity, Animal Farm, 1984 and a lot of comic books too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
To quit plan A, which would probably lead me into a boring, predictable kind of life, and follow plan B, which is taking me anywhere.
But this might as well turn out to be a pretty stupid thing also. Time will tell.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to hitchhike in Brazil, give you some tips on getting free unusual accomodations, how to bargain on restaurants. I can teach how to make a great tomato sauce and how to flick your fingers.
I have a guitar and don't know how to play. Would you teach me?
We can share stories, dreams, ideas and deceptions.
