About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel "Down Under" until Thomas Starts his Master studies in New Zealand.
ABOUT ME
First off all... We are two! Hanna & Thomas. Married and everything. So it is not like we are eloping or anything like that.Hanna: 27 year old "Grasshopper".I have bahelors degree in Tourism, specializing in activities. This makes me interested in all kinds of activities, such as climbing, kayaking and hiking. I am openminded and allways ready to try new stuff. I am social and ready to make new friends.Ohh, and I am originally from Finland... But I have been living in exile in Denmark since 2006. ;)Thomas: 32 year old "Cricket".Danish Geologist, sort of. Bachelors degree is only days away, and then we hit the road. I am a very talkative kinda guy, who as Hanna puts it "Has an unlimited supply of useless knowledge in his head". Useless being the codeword for science/politics/history. Safe to say that I enjoy a good discussion, and being a geologist I also enjoy being out in the wild.
PHILOSOPHY
Hanna:
What does not kill you, will make you stronger"
Thomas:
"You step into the road, and if you don't keep your feet, there is no telling where you might be swept off to". (mostly because my wife stole my quote)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hanna:
Hiking in the mountain in Madeira. CISV camp in Japan was also nice experience.
Thomas:
3 weeks of extreme mountain hiking on Greenland is probably some of the toughest, and most rewarding, stuff I have ever done. To go and see the ruins of the old Viking settlements there was awsome. Just imagine that the biggest building on Greenland back then was a "cow-shed". Of course this "shed" was bigger then a cathedral, so the name is understating it a bit.
Teach, Learn, Share
Hanna:
I have knowledge from different activities. So, if you feel like taking a new hobby, I can tell you the good and bad sides of it. ;) I am also open to learn new activities and try them, of course.
Thomas:
Science in general, is of great personal interest to me. I know a lot about geology and general science, I love to share it but also to learn more. And then I am somewhat of a history buff, so learning about your local history will never be boring. I can of course share local history from my end in return.
