ABOUT ME

This isn't personal description really, but it's the top of my page, so this goes here:

**Must be queer friendly** If you have issues with gay guys, lesbians, transgender or intersex people, then you don't want to stay at our house anyway. :) Just fair warning.

I like to play basketball. I can almost dunk. I'm working on it. Seriously, it's gonna be awesome. I'm sure to go pro, any year now. . .

What else? I like fun times, sing alongs, being out of doors, performing musicals, Camping/hiking/backpacking/swimming/jumping/bicycling/writing/musicing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A house i was part of previously (also in chicago, an anarcha-queer collective called "the Roost") hosted people from couchsurfing.org. We never really had any bad experiences. Most everyone who stayed with us was from out of the country, and that was exciting to get to meet people from somewhat different cultures.

My favorite couchsurfers we've had before, had just finished a year long program called Teaching Drum in northern wisconsin. Teaching Drum is a place you go to for a year and sort of learn to live paleolithicly, hunter-gatherer and all that. They seemed to have gained a lot of wisdom there, and it was great to get to share in their reintroduction into this botched experiment we call "civilization" after they had lived in the forests for a year.

I'm pretty easy to please with movies, i like about anything. My sister works for some movie theater company, so i have this little pass that gets me and up to three friends into any movie at their theatres for free. So if you come stay with us, perhaps we can go to a free movie. . .

I like music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This is another weird question. Everyone i've ever met in my life is quite amazing. But that's a bit of a cop out answer, eh?

I used to live in china, for a couple of years. It was amazing. I love china, and chinese culture.
