ABOUT ME

I'm a calm and thoughtful person, yet I like to live an active and sporty life, and want to become better at the things I do. Music, fiction, and various kinds of gaming are among the things I enjoy daily.

I'd like to experience new things, meet interesting people, and have more sense of adventure in my life.

I've lived almost all of my life in Finland. Before the end of my studies, I went to Australia as an exchange student for one semester, and traveled around the world for a few months. It was during that trip I discovered CouchSurfing.

I met a lot of nice people during my visit in North America. CouchSurfing really changed my travels for the better. Maybe it could make my life more interesting back home as well?

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is a really important part of my life. Melodic trance and other electronic music, metal, rock, pop are what I listen to mostly, but I'm always looking to widen my taste.

Movies: Fight Club, The Shawshank Redemption, The Fountain, Ghost World, The Lives of Others, Hero, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, ...

Tv-series: Babylon 5, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Angel, Rome, Lost, Farscape, Stargate, The Big Bang Theory.

Books: fantasy, historical fiction. George R. R. Martin's Song of Ice and Fire series.
