Overview
About Me
I am a human being trying to fill his existence in the Boston area with enjoyment. Recently, that's ranged from seeing (and occasionally booking) concerts to hosting a radio show and riding bikes with friends around the city.
At the risk of sounding dark, life is pretty meaningless without people to share it with. I hope Couchsurfing will help me find more people who are okay with that fact.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet friendly and adventurous people in a world that does not always value those character traits. Let's hang, learn about each other, and have fun.
Interests
Music (live in a club or basement or just listening in front of the stereo), DJing on the radio, biking, reading, sports (watching and playing poorly), "good" beer, cooking the perfect pasta dish, making you scrambled eggs, food in general.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love music, as you probably gathered. Favorite artists are Jeff Rosenstock and Los Campesinos!, but my tastes range fairly wide and I love seeing local music too. I'd happily take you to some good Boston shows and I'd enjoy seeing bands in your city that I wouldn't know about otherwise.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As of 2019 I've done three multi-day bike tours! The most recent one was called Bostreal, where I rode 400 miles in five days from Boston to Montreal (duh) with about 40 people. It was an incredible experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a lot of random knowledge that may or may not be interesting or useful. I can also do very basic bike mechanic stuff.
What I Can Share with Hosts
There's good music happening pretty much every night in Boston, and maybe we could see some of that during your stay. I've also lived here long enough to know about most of what goes on, so whatever you're into, let me know.
