ABOUT ME

I am a high school teacher. I spent most of my 20s traveling and moving from time to time. I love the outdoors: hiking, biking, and generally playing. What I most enjoy about traveling is plopping myself down in a spot and staying there for awhile. That way I can meet the people and get to know the place really well. I am not the kind of traveler that zooms from one spot to another in order to take pictures of buildings.
I love adventure of just about any kind. I think that is why I am a teacher...each day is an adventure! One of the best adventures was the year I spent earning my pilot's license but that's a story best told over a pint. I can cook and promise to cook for any and all who provide me with a couch or surf my couch.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did some couchsurfing in Ireland and it was fantastic experience. First I met a couple wonderful people to travel with in Dublin and Galway. Then I couchsurfed in Dingle and Dublin. Both experiences were awesome and I wouldn't change them for the world. I then couchsurfed in Italy also.
