I teach natural history and ecology courses at the college level. I also run a program for kids (http://www.crowspath.org/) connecting them to the natural world through games, primitive skills, story, and play. I love what I do. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love collaboratively working to create and build community. I love organizing field walks, adventures, potlucks, beekeeping, etc.

Love hosting - rarely have stayed with others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Waking up in the middle of the night on Mt Olympus and seeing nothing but beautiful stars filling the sky.
Having a sauna catch on fire out in the woods in Maine in January, putting it out then rolling in the snow and getting back in the sauna.
