ABOUT ME

We are now back in the UK after spendng the last 6 years travelling, We spent some time living & working in a very small village in the north of Laos, climbing mountains in New Zealand, earning lots of dollor in Australia, alpine climbing in Chamonix France and travelling throughout Asia.
It's been an awesome trip with the best and worse times of our lives so far! Got to experience some really cool stuff and meet with some amazing people from every aspect of life along the way! The things that happen while you travel will either make your day or your hair stand up on end!

We are a friendly outgoing, easy to get along with adventurous type of couple.
We love to travel and experience new things, saying yes might not always seem the safest option but it's generally the most fun!

We are now living in Scotland as Nick is trying to complete his Mountain Guide qualifications.

Nick is a big planner, Sara enjoys the trips!!!!

over our years travelling, many kind people over the world opened up their homes to us, now its time to return the favour

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

we first learned of this through our neighbours, TEAM PIE who opened up our eyes to this amazing sharing community We have stayed on few couches while on our travels.

Interests

Sara : Travelling, Beer, wine, climbing, Gym, Tv series - i could watch True blood, Vampire daries, 24, Walking Dead etc all day long, i love watching films and meeting new people and experiencing new cultures

Nick: Climbing, mountaineering, Motorbikes, Top Gear, Travelling, Books, being thrown into the deep end and seeing if he can swim.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hiked Rim to Rim - Grand Canyon
Lived in a small village in northern Laos
Watching thunder & lighting storms overlooking Mounument Valley
Climbing in Greenland
Motorbiking round South East Asia including running out of petrol in a open tiger reserve, riding through bush fires and being run off the road by cars (all SEA types of fun)
Watching sunsets over everest in minus 30 temperatures.
Living in Mount cook village NZ & all the amazing friends we met.

Spent 8 weeks trekking throughout Nepal.
