Hey - I'm Ted, 23 years old and excited to be here part of the couch surfing community 🙃🙂 :)

Originally born and raised in Hawaii, I headed off to up state New York for college. After graduating I went to China to teach, explore a bit of Asia, and learn a bit of Chinese.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meet new people and hear some cool stories. While traveling it's always great to see new things, but I've found meeting new people is really what makes trips worth while and adventure memorable... I'll may forget that umpteenth temple, but I always remember good times with other travelers.

Interests

Mostly outdoorsy stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Here're a couple cool things I think I've done, always interested in doing more!
-Surfing in Nicaragua
-Climbing a mountain with a broken foot
-Scuba diving with manta rays
-Getting a black belt in Tae Kwon Do
