ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Ted! I'm a really nice dude and pretty easy to get along with as long as you aren't an idiot or a douche to other people! I really like exploring and trying new things and making new memories; life is short! I'm a 24 year old who refuses to grow up!

PHILOSOPHY

...I realized this year that everything in your world can change in a matter of a day. We get one life, and one chance on this earth. I realized it's MY life, and I want to spend my one chance being happy.

I'm spending a lot of time performing in my one man band and hope to use this site as a way to have a place to stay every night when I'm playing out of town and experience the world!

Interests

I'm super into music! i play a variety of instruments and write and record my own stuff! i like going to see live bands too! I listen to a lot of heavy stuff but try to keep my tastes diverse. I dislike the most of the mainstream. I'll rock anything from magrudergrind to portishead, gnaw their tongues to johnnie ray, you name it!

I also really love marvel comics, horror and indie movies, playing heroclix, skateboarding around town, cooking, shopping at whole foods, wasting time in the mall, etc. If you're into dive bars, comic book shops, midnight movies, record stores, or anything of the sort, we will probably get along!

Music, Movies, and Books

The Big Lebowski, Dumb and Dumber, Taxi Driver, Godzilla movies, Death Proof, Pulp Fiction and all the other Tarantino stuff, Hausu... the list goes on forever. I'll watch anything once!

The Misfits (77-83) were the best band ever. Punk, Hardcore, Sludge/Black Metal, Grindcore/Powerviolence, Trip Hop, Downtempo, Instrumental Surf/Surf Rock, Latin Jazz... I'll give anything a chance as long as there's some heart in it!

my knowledge of comic books and comic history, i can teach you how to play heroclix, i know a few things about recording and playing music, i can totally teach you about photography/video, screenprinting, photoshop, or maybe how to skateboard/snowboard!
