Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love witnessing the abundant beauty in the world's diversity. That's why I love to travel. Having conversations. Sharing food and drink. Experiencing what is unique to that region... through the eyes of people who know it intimately. I can't imagine a better way of experiencing this diversity than Couchsurfing.

Interests

Live, local music. Dancing (salsa, bachata, forro, blues, tango, waltz...) if you lead I will follow. Snowboarding. Sailing. Flying. Wine and bourbon. Good food. Hole in the wall places. I'm teaching myself the bass guitar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Crossed the Drake Passage - twice.
Had a birthday, dance party on a boat... in the Drake Passage.
Camping safari on the Serengeti.
Skiing in the Alps
Snorkling/diving in the Maldives And Djibouti.
Swimming with whale sharks.
Snowboarding in Colorado.
White-water rafting in West Virginia
