HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Attend the monthly artwalks in Downtown LA. Love meeting those out of state/country and those local to LA.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My greatest couch surfing experience, so far, is meeting Mary at an Airborne Toxic Event show, becoming friends and having her introduce me into this wonderful network. Through her i have met some really great people. I will really get to test it out during my upcoming travels downunder!

I will try all recommendations on Movies, Music and Books. Hmmm... off the top of my head, Love Actually always puts me in a good mood, but i get super charged by a good thriller, mystery.

I truly enjoy most types of music, each type for the appropriate occasion. Lately, I've been going back to the good old 90s and trying to remember and grab all my faves - Nostalgia, I'm getting old :)

Books - Total Nerd Alert - SciFi: Where Late the Sweet Bird Sang, Enders Game; Rom/classic: Wurthering Heights (le sigh) and Austen, natch; contemporary: Choke (reading it right now, very, very interesting by author of Fight Club) and biographical/nonfic: The Great Mortality (The times of Bubonic Plague chronicled through letters and diaries with a few liberties taken for literary purposes.) Quick fun/YA mystery: The Westing Game. I recommend all!!!
