I am from the beautiful state of Oregon (the one between California and Washington.)

I love meeting new people from around the world and learning about them and the places they are from. When I travel my best experiences are usually just experiencing ordinary things from a new perspective. I love wandering down random streets, walking into supermarkets (anyone else like this too??), trying foods I've never heard of before, and meeting the locals. I love nature and hiking too.

I would love to meet people who want to show me around their city! I would also like to try out my Spanish with any of you Spanish-speakers out there.

I have lived in Portland, OR since 2015, so if you're ever here I would be happy to show you around! I love showing my state and city to people :-)

I'm more of a tv shows person. I love West World, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Orphan Black, Arrested Development, and Orange is the New Black.

I also love reading. Favorite books include The Poisonwood Bible, Harry Potter, Ender's Game, Everything is Illuminated, Wild, and Into Thin Air.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After college I took 3 1/2 months to do a solo trip through Europe and had many amazing experiences (many of them through Couchsurfing!)
