Informazioni generali
Chi sono
My name is Ákos, 26. I am from a small mine town from southwestern Hungary. I used to go to high school in Pécs. After graduating from Hungarian-Italian bilingual course moved to the capital to study marketing and communication at Budapest Business School. I was working for a Japanese multinational company. From 9 to 5. That kind of lifestyle I wanted to leave and look for something that closer to people.
I had been playing handball for 10 years, this is where my interests of playing ball games is coming from. I was also doing archery, nowadays I prefer playing squash.
I have a deep and serious passion of gastronomy. When I moved to Budapest and explored my very first own kitchen, I realized I love cooking. Not just cooking, but to talk about it, study food. As I am from the countryside I appreciate our ancients food sovereignty. For me the way how food is produced is really important.
So I became a brewer. But not a craft beer nerd.
Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing
I would like to meet new people around the world, meet their culture and everyday habits, sharing these with each other can cause funny moments. Furthermore, in my opinion the real values can be found behind 'super facilities'. During a travel I eager to lost in the given city, see it with the eyes of a local that can give you a completely different view.
