ABOUT ME

I'm a web designer in the mid-30s living in the beautiful Münster/Germany. I'm warmhearted and open-minded and a good listener. Sometimes I'm unpunctual, chaotic and forgetfully but it doesn't matter. ;-) I'm a creative guy who likes music, arts, Yoga, being slow and walking in the woods. I like to cook without using recipes.

PHILOSOPHY

Be yourself and try not to be like others.

Life isn't that serious.

There are no good or bad experiences, experiences are just experiences and they can be interesting or intensive.

You are not on earth to get yourself improved or fixed, you are on earth to be yourself and to discover and live it to enrich the world.

I will always be 29. ;-)

Intereses

I like Yoga, going in theaters and small cinemas. My weekends are often filled up with dancing and hanging around with friends. I try to take a long bath every week and it's a pleasure for me to sit alone in a café reading a book or to writing something down. Sometimes I take my pen to write (german) poems.

Música, películas y libros

I like emotional movies which doesn't follow Hollywood's typical story telling. For example Norwegian Wood (Naokos Lächeln), My Neighbor Totoro, 2001, Intouchables or Moon. I'm an absolutely fan of the british sci-fi series Doctor Who.

I love every music which expresses heart and soul. I prefer instrumental music, but I also love some Singer Songwriter stuff. My musical taste is in the range from Classical over Jazz though Electroswing, Rock and Progressive Metal. I don't like Hip-Hop and Pop that much, but it depends on. My favorite Bands are Tool, Karnivool, The Pineapple Thief, Porcupine Tree, Rotterdam Hot Ska-Jazz Foundation, Demians, Deftones, Muse, Philip Glass, Fabrizio Paterlini, Ludovico Einaudi, Cire/Emptyself, Loreena McKennitt and Thumb, to name a few.

My favorite author is Hermann Hesse and now I discovered Kafka. I started reading with 33 so I haven't read many books yet. ;-)

India was very impressive for me. It strengthened my belief to be vegetarian and let me reconsider my (non-)spirituality in that way, that I don't take it too serious. Now I'm of the opinion that this world is a place for many ideas and views.

In Poland I walked a day on my bare feet through the woods without any map and came back without getting lost. I met a lot of spiders and the dead silence far from four walls.

In Berlin I learned to like travelling with bare feet though (and under) the whole city. ;-) One day the evening got really bad weather and it was raining like hell. Without having shoes and an umbrella with me I had to run to my hotel and I really enjoyed plodding into all those warm puddles.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I know where to party and dance, where to chill, where to breathe (Yoga), where to eat and buy organic food and where to stroll.

I like Indian style food so it would be a pleasure to serve my guests some interesting (and non-repeatable ;-)) vegetarian meals. Most time I improvise a lot, so it's no problem for me to respect food intolerances like gluten or lactose.

I like to visit new places where I normally wouldn't go to.

And I would like to share my big tea collection with you. :-)
