ABOUT ME

*the following text is already outdated. I graduated, travelled aroun aussie for a bit, lived in Auckland,... Now I'm doing a masters in Freiburg, Germany.*

So now I have to change this again *sigh* Just moving too much... And that's what I love about couching! Always gives us restless folks a home and some friends.
Growing up in a tiny village in Bavaria, I felt the need to hit the road and see the world as soon as I left high school. I surfed lots of places in NZ and in Europe and always had a great time! Then I spent a delightful time studying *something* in Munich and got to host some great couchies. After only 3 semesters however, the wanderlust kicked in again and I relocated back to New Zealand. Now I study Anthropology in Dunedin and hope that I'll get to host some surfers again :)

PHILOSOPHY

"Of all the things I'm not very good at, living in the real world is the most outstanding."
Or something like that(I um,... lost the book the quote is from...).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

- Hostet about as much surfers as I surfed couches now, yay!

- Tell EVERYONE to join CS and that "I'v really never met any creeps on CS. No,SERIOUSLY!"

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend Judith and me had an amazing time in New Zealand, surfing a lot of couches, meeting awesome people, having lots of fun. Had the chance to host a lot of surfers in our student flat in Munich. Can't decide what I like better, surfing or hosting...
