I love adventures! I'm currently unemployed and on a cross-country road trip. I would love to swap stories, meet people, and learn and teach new things.

I travel for food, people, and adventure - I love discovering that cool spot that isn't in the travel guide, learning or teaching a new skill, or eating/drinking something that I would never find anywhere else. I love spontaneous, spur of the moment activities, the stranger the better.

I love staying with locals when I travel, having experiences and meeting people that I never would otherwise.

When I host, it's to bring you along on my adventures! At home in the Bay Area, I'm usually out dancing, taking classes, or going to parties most nights of the week, and I would love to bring you with me!

I'm an avid explorer of beer and food. If there's something that I can only eat or drink in your city, I want it!

I love dancing and I'm a casual DJ and sometimes teacher for partner dances - my background is in blues, fusion, and swing. Live music is great, and if I can dance to it, it's even better. Especially if other people are dancing, too!

Board games are one of my favorite ways to interact with people, and I love learning new games.

I skate (longboard) a lot, and have taught classes on it. I love introducing people to the sport, or to carve and dance around town!

Aerial silks, rope, and acro are my new loves! I'm just starting out with all three of them, but would love to do more.

Musica, film e libri

I love music! I listen to a lot of eclectic things. Current love is big, bass-heavy electrofunk, but I also love acoustic delta blues. I pull from all parts of the genre spectrum.

I don't watch that many movies. It's hard to get myself to sit down for a whole movie, unless it's with friends and we're going to discuss it afterwards. I like psychological thrillers with plot twists. Fight Club, Momento, Primer, The Machinist.

I love scifi. I'm a huge Heinlein and Cory Doctorow fanboy.

I plan and cook food for a 70 person Burning Man camp! This year, I made onigiri, beef wine stew, and Mexican hot chocolate in the desert!
