I want to visit other countries for cultural reasons, and I would love to do art exhibts.

ABOUT ME

I am an artist. Check out my webpage, www.eduardotello.net. My e-mail address is telloarts@msn.com. I do art exhibits in northern Baja California near the US border and I have participated in art exhibits in the US.
I work near Los Angeles, California. I am an entrepreneur, I am involved in various things. I have my own business, and on the side I am an art and antiques dealer.
I like to get away to Baja California, mainly to the port city of Ensenada, where I have a home.
I have been sending out a newsletter that promotes art events in northern Baja California for about 10 years, it goes out to thousands of people. I also use the newsletter to promote to also promote humanitarian causes and to help raise the awareness of the readers on information they may not be informed about.
The area of art is my turf, that is where I have established my life style through the contacts I have made and activities I have participated in.
I have for many years been involved practicing jazz and other music forms. I play the drums and the guitar. I have been part of music shows here in the US and in Mexico.

I have been writing poetry for the longest time, and I am currently working on releasing an official publication.

I have taken swing dance classes.

I love going to flamenco shoes, electronic and noise music shows.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is best lived in abundance, it doesn't mean it has to involve lots of money. One can live life in a very generous way, with the means that one has. I am open to other cultures and ways of life. I will just about try doing or experiencing anything within reason. I consider that no matter what one does, it can never be as dangerous as being a couch potato.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like going to the local CSer events. I've helped other CSers use my place in Ensenada, Mexico (Near San Diego, California). I use my home when I go down there every couple of weeks, it's my secondary art studio. I like the fact that I it can be used by CSers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted Oliver an English fellow in my home in Ensenada. We hanged out in Santa Ana, and other cities of Orange County, where I live. We hanged around in Tijuana with another CSer and an artist friend. He didn't know what "tacos" were, so I took him to perhaps the best taco place in all Mexico, right there in Tijuana, Mexico. This experience was great fun.

I couchsurfed in NY and had a blast. I went with a friend that I got involved in CSing.

I go to the 3rd Tuesdays Tacosurf/TacoMesa get-together in Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach.

I showed a French girl around in Orange County, LA and Long Beach.

I went to a Chocolate Party, in Long Beach. The host made a chocolate pizza and bacon with chocolate.

I went to a Wine and Cheese Party in Irvine, California. It was really fun.

I went to a get together at George's Greek Restaurant. The food was great, and the csers were quite cool.

July 2009 I had a Tamale Night at my house. It was absolutely wonderful. I had the time of my life, about 80 CSers showed up. Music, art, food, and great company. It was a very memorable day for and I think for a lot of other CSers.

Taco Night Trents Birthday night. Biggest get-together at Taco Mesa, CSers wanted to be there for Trent. I had a great time, and I enjoyed the company of many CSers. It's a very fun community.

I went with Oscar, Yohanna and Alejandra, to see the Cranberries in Los Angeles. It was really fun hanging out with my CSing friends.

I've participated in local couchsurfing events. I love meeting different kinds of people, from different parts around the world.

Looking for business opportunities in other countries. This allows me to be able to travel more.

Long driving trips, love the beach, painting, writing poetry and screenplays, going to musical events, whether it be heavy metal concerts or a concierto. I like to read, use the internet: Facebook, Messenger, Youtube. I love love hanging out and playing chess, especially while having some cold beers. I enjoy hanging out at diners usually at night, with good friends, just talking bunch of bull shit. Life doesn't always have to be so serious. I belong to a nameless jazz band, we get together during the week, and we jam learning our instruments: I play drums and I am learning guitar.

I have had many art exhibits. I have recited poetry in countless places. I have flown in small airplanes for fun. I drove by myself from California to Florida with only $289 in my pocket back when I was 20. I have gone into hidden and remote caves. I have done the radio many times, been in TV and in the newspaper. I met once in person Zack de la Rocha, from Rage Against the Machine at a party he threw at his house in Eagle Rock, California. I still can't believe I met Zack in person.

I know a lot of art techniques that I am willing to share. I also have a lot of insights into writing poetry. I have business knowledge, how to promote and get a business going. I send out a weekly newsletter on art and culture to thousands of subscribers via email in Baja California, to a Spanish and English public. I am a lot into promotion and getting activities going. In the last couple of years I have become very concern about my country dwindling out of control, losing it's very fundamentals upon which it was built upon. I recommend that you read The Creature from Jekyll Island by G. Edward Griffin. In this book you'll find the prime reason why our planet has been in constant decay, why there has to be bloodshed through war and famine to feed a certain worldwide machine. We've lost lots of our human rights, and the peoples of Earth are now controlled and to a large degree enslaved. I subscribe to newsletters in the web to be up on information that generally gets suppressed in the mainstream media. I really enjoy getting newsletters from naturalnews.com and the weekly newsletter form unfilterednews.com.
I am constantly search for the truth in many subjects.
