About Me
CURRENT MISSION
strenghthening respectful way of seeing and beeing alive
ABOUT ME
love to listen to the winds in the reeds, cycling along this river into town, listening to what the birds say - so much to learn. Love to sleep under the sky, traveling with the stars
love reading aloud with friends at night, sharing ideas, learning, meeting inspiring people, supporting local community, gardening! in my second year now i help in the dairy of a small community-supported milk-sheep farm.
PHILOSOPHY
love gratitude toward those, that we live on every day: the air, the water, the sun, the grass and all these living beings. the baker that made this bread and the smoke that i love to look at.
love to train the mind to calm down
revealing all these stories within

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
listening to robin redbreast singing her soft voice just nearby
sitting outside on my sitting spot
telling what makes me said
getting this answer, giving me the strengths to do so:
"sit upright, open your eyes, don't cry!"
bathing in october in that Bog-Puddle, surrounded by these Long Tailed Tits singing in the Pines.
Teach, Learn, Share
let's spend some time outside, at the beach, in the forest, gather herbs, roots, build a shelter, twist a threat, drill fire, go swimming in the mire.
lets dance and talk, share experience, language, have some good, healthy food, deepen skills of sensitive (non violent) communication, sit and practice to see things how they are, not how we like them to be...
What I Can Share with Hosts
edible wild plants
meditation
non violent communication
singing together
