Salem! (Hello in Kazakh)!!!
My name is Temirlan/Темірлан, and I am an international relations student from Kazakhstan. Currently, I am an Erasmus student in Naples, Italy, but I really want to travel through Europe, so I am trying to use every chance I get!

It is my first time in Europe, and so far, I've only been to Italy and Malta, but I want to visit many more countries and cities!

European history has always been fascinating to me, starting from the Roman Empire and continuing to the present. I love to learn history, especially European history!

Yes, I am a nerd: I love museums, video games, books, cultures, so knowledge and information in general. I can also play chess (not well) and some card games (can teach you Russian card games).

Honestly, I just love learning! I love nature and cities, people and animals, cats and dogs, classical music and metal, languages and music! If it is interesting and unique, I would love to learn more about it!

Also, I try to live a healthy lifestyle, so I don't drink alcohol or smoke anything and try to eat healthy (although I make exceptions when traveling).

Interests

My passion, I would say, is to learn new things. I am very curious about almost everything, and specifically history, languages, philosophy, literature, and culture. I love reading books, and there is not a single day that passes when I don't read something! I also love doing sports, recently starting calisthenics and martial arts, so I would be very happy to try local sports and martial arts if it's possible. Same thing with music: I play drums and the Cajon, and I'm pretty confident that if I can hit it with my hand and it makes a sound, then I can do some music with it!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love classical books, and specifically Russian classic literature. The music I listen to is pretty different: I love listening to metal, as well as classical music, Japanese city-pop, Russian rock, and everything thatr I find interesting!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living my whole life in Kazakhstan, a landlocked country, I went to Indonesia and tried surfing there, and I've learned how to stand up on a surfboard first-try! I then taught all of my friends how to do it and am now in love with surfing, hoping I get to do it again someday.
