About Me

Out of Wroclaw for the summertime - no hosting thus.

Human being. Chatty and smiley, curious about the world.
After some years of constant movement and travelling, investing my energy into one place and education of little humans :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing through the years has been my way of getting out of my shell, out of my comfort zone. I've met so many people - hosting, surfing, taking part in CS events and I've extremely grateful for each conversation since they all have been changing me from a girl from a small-purely-white-Polish town into someone who believes that you can make friends anywhere in the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: any music that has that "vibe" which never let you feel indifferent. Aretha Franklin, Florence and the Machine, Zaz, Kari Amirian, Adele, Richard Bona, India Arie, Feist, Camille, Jason Mraz.

Books: Coetzee, Pratchett, Picoult, de Mello. Everything that is inspiring. Recently Lem's "Solaris" and Clarke's "Cosmic Odyssey 2001" taught me that my taste for literature is still changing and that good book is a good book and that prejudices against some genres can keep me away from amazing books:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I gave up my fears and prejudice, and I followed my intuition and a stranger I had met a few moments before in Cusco, Peru. He took me far from the city into Huaca de la Luna - an old forgotten temple with an energy I still haven't understood.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always eager for a language exchange.

I love cooking, so I'm happy to exchange some secret recipe and learn new ones ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good conversation, some stories from closer and further lands, isn't that the most interesting part about meeting fellow Couchsurfers? I'm obviously always happy to cook for/with my host :)
