About Me

CURRENT MISSION

On the way to make myself feel at home in Antwerp...

ABOUT ME
Due to work I recently moved to Antwerp. Besides, I love to spend my time outside. Trekking, camping, travelling, barbecue, eating ice-cream, reading, drinking a beer/coffee/tea... but what I love most is sharing time, thoughts and a bottle of wine with friends...

PHILOSOPHY

Try not to work to reach for an aim in the future. Try to fall asleep with a smile on your face each day.

Music, Movies, and Books

OK so books, here we go: "West of the border north of the sun " - H. Murakami (most of the books and short stories from him, but this one was the first I read so I go for listing this here); However, the list of books it too long to go through it and is constantly increasing.

Movies: "Garden State", well OK same thing as for books, there are so so so so many and of course when you want to write down just some of them absolutely nothing comes into your mind. So basically I prefer films that at least have a certain message. I recently had to go through "Dump and Dumper " and that was by far more painful than watching the four hours of "Dogville" :)

Music... from Pink Floyd over System of the Down to Feist via Angus & Julia Stone and Patrice...

Teach, Learn, Share

Well I have to admit that teaching is not really my thing and people refer me as not the most patient person on earth ;) but yeah I try :D

I'd like to learn how to take good pictures, not the type of "my-mom-is-in-the-center-of-a-townhall"-ones. Thus you sometimes could find me running around with 3 different types of cameras....but I am one hell of a bloody beginner....
